We are on Exchange 2007 and using Office Outlook 2007. I have tried to set
the default user permissions on my shared calendar to free/busy. That way,
only the time is blocked out instead of showing what the subject of my
appointment is. (I have tried this on several user accounts). For some
reason, no matter how I change it, the subject always shows unless I mark it
private.
Any ideas?
