I have a query that summarizes date by cat orgies in the first three columns and numeric data, which represents financial data, in the remaining 7 columns. These 7 columns represent 7 different sales regions. I then formatted a report using the info in the columns 1 thru 3 and the financial data in column 4. Super! but now I would not like to duplicate this report 6 more times so I thought I could use Access' Macro capabilities
