Others users, not the administrator, can't use the print
option at all.
I tried to fallow the steps on the help menu but still
others user can't use the printer.
When I go to the printers and faxes and right clip in the
printer and clip properties, there is not security tap on
it.
The administrator use the printer with no problems at all,
the problem is when I swith to other user.
What can I do?

Try separately installing the printer each user account. If the accounts
are limited accounts, you will likely have to temporarily change them to
Administrator, then install the printer in that account using the same
install folder in which it is already installed. This will look like a
single install on the hard drive but should create pointers to the new user.
Once done you can return the account to its limited status.

Some software wasn't designed for a multiuser environment and that may be
the case for your printer. If this doesn't resolve it, I suggest you first
check for updated drivers from your printer manufacturer to see if they
might resolve the issue. If that fails or you have the latest drivers, you
may need to contact the printer manufacturer's tech support for help with
this issue.
