Using the exchangeonly.reg file

That's great, what do I do with that file as we only want some machines to have the limited access and may need to give this access back in the future. Can the change be undone

You can just run the file on the PC, either in a login script or just use GPOs.

To remove it, you can simply remove the key yourself, or use this:
