I'm having a problem and need some assitance to correct it. I'm working of Window XP and am having problems with Outlook. A few months back when entering an e-mail in the "To, Cc or Bcc" I would get an listing of possible recipients. For example if typed "RIV" I would automatically get a listing of 4 or 5 people whose names started with RIV which I had sent e-mails to in the past. Nowadays, I don't get that option. I type a name and need to go through the address book, which takes time each time I send an e-mail.
