Hi
I am a novice using FP2003
I have created a template and saved as DWT file and used this with for my
web pages.
Is it possible to have a situation where, when I change something on my
template e.g. the banner - it reflects the change on every page of my website
without me having to go to each page? I do not want to use frames to do this.

Thanks in advance

If you are editing in a disc-based web, and the Banner is in a
non-editable region, then when you save the DWT every attached page
will be updated.
If you change something in an editable region, no attached pages will
be updated.

When editing in a server based (FPextensions) site, only the attached
pages that are open will be updated automatically, the others will
have to be updated by hand (open page, Format->Dynamic Web
Template->Update Selected Page)

for FPSE sites, for many pages it may be easier to highlight all pages from
the 'Web Site' tab and then apply the DWT.

Thanks guys. Your advice really helped.
