using scroll wheel

how do I scroll on a form using the mouse wheel .
every time I do it it changes the records
 
You can disable scrolling through records on a form through the use of the
third-party utility located here:
http://www.lebans.com/mousewheelonoff.htm
Take your time to poke around the web site, and review carefully the
supporting and explanatory documentation.
As far as I know you can not in any case scroll through a form as you can a
report.
