using powerpoint im trying to run a file that my registry blocked

when i try opening a powerpoint presentation the message comes up saying that
im trying to run a file that my registry has blocked can any one help me
please

Have you recently applied SP3 for Office or updated your copy of Office?

Are you on a standalone system or on some kind of network at work?

I have had the same issue and reviewed KB922847 and 938810. The problem is
that neither registry entry listed in 938810 are in my registry .
