Hello Sue,
..PDF files are tricky to use with PowerPoint, as PowerPoint does not have
the ability to import them as images. Here are a few quick suggestions:
- Create a hyperlink that opens the PDF in acrobat reader (best option if
you actually want the viewer/audience to read the file).
- Open in PhotoShop and save each page, or portion of page, as a .jpg and
insert these as you would any other image (PhotoShop opens .pdf files 1
page at a time)
- Use a screen capture tools, like SnagIt, to create .jpg images of the .pdf
