Using Part of a Distribution List

Recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2002 and lost some capability with distribution lists. Previously, if I wanted to send to part of a DL I could display the Select Name Window (Address Book), bring up a particular contact list, highlight the DL in the Name box, right clck to properties or select properties, and the members of the DL would be displayed. I could then select those I wanted and tell it to add them to "To", "Cc", etc

Now when I get to properties all I get is the display of the DL and the ability to modify it but not select some members for distribution. It looks like Outlook 2003 will have Expanded DL capability, but is there still a way to do this in 2002?

No. Outlook 2003 is the first version with this capability.
