using outlooks contacts as MSN messenger contacts

i would like to take my contact list I have in Outlook and make my contact list on MSN messenger. does anyone know how to do this?
 
Sounds more like an MSN thing than an Outlook thing. Since MSN Messenger can
only import xml-files I don't think this can be done without third party
software. Better try your luck at an MSN newsgroup or post your request at
http://www.msgplus.net/ makers of Messenger Plus!
