Using outlook with multiple machines

Is there a way, without having to break down to buy
Exchange Server, to house all of my contacts and
schedules on one machine that I can access these from
different machines in the office. Currently, my server
is running Windows Server 2003, and I'm running Office XP
Professional, but capital is a little thin to have to
purchase Exchange Server.

Thank you in advance,
Jan

Assuming that only one machine needs access at a time, you could create a
*.pst file that holds the "shared" data and store that on your windows 2003
server. Each client could map to the server and use the *.pst file from
there.

If you need multiple machines accessing the same *.pst file, then you would
have to go third party if Exchange is out of your price list.

Thanks much...

Jim
