Using Outlook & Earthlink get object not found error message

Set up e-mail account in outlook. When send/receive attempted, error message
returned of "object not found."

HI MIndy Jo,
sounds like an corrupt profile,
please create a new profile!
 
I am getting the same message-"operation failed-object not found", when using
Outlook 2003 and Earthlink. I set up new profile and nothing changed. Can
anyone help? I'm exhausted from talking to Earthlink and Yahoo. Trying to
configure my Yahoo biz mail to work with Outlook with ISP Earthlink. Have win
xp. Thanks-jannie
