Using Outlook Contacs with WM?

In OE it was possible to use the "Contacts" of Outlook instead of the
Windows Addressbook.
This did work perfectly well until the interface was killed in OL2007.

I'm having serious problems when using several addressbooks side by
side (they get totally out of sync in the shortest time).

Therefore I'm wondering if perhaps for Windows Mail there might be a
way to use Outlook data as OE did it.

As I fear that this would not be the case:
Does anybody know a tool for synching Vista Contacts and OL2007?

TIA
Rainald

just bumping it up.
Nobody here having any ideas?

Thanks a lot for your reply, Gary.
Too bad …

Apart: Do you have any idea on the issue of my main concern, i.e. using
OL2007 *directly* (instead of Windows Contacts) in the same manner as
many long years under OE?

No, I never used Outlook contacts with OE, so I'm not familiar with that feature.
I do know that Windows Mail is less compatible with Outlook than OE was.
For example, WM can't use MS Office dictionaries, although OE could.

This was pretty easy to achieve, just 1 registry entry. It worked until
they killed this feature in OL2007.
And it was the only way to keep addresses in sync for OE and PDAs

Yes, I know. That's really ridiculous IMHO.
