Hi,

I have a calendar document (table) that includes a lot of formattig for the
previous and next month. When I open this document in Word 2007 all the
numbers are out of place. The clip art is also out of place. Is there some
way I can open and use this document that will retain the original placement
of the numbers and text?

I would hate to think I'll have to re-create every page. Please help.

The way in which Word lays out a document is dependent upon the active
printer. Do you have the same printer selected in the File>Print dialog in
Word 2007 as you were using in the earlier versions? You may also need an
later version of the printer driver, which should be available from the
printer manufacturer's website.

Doug,

I do indeed have the identical printer as originally selected for this
document. As you surmised I did have to download a new driver from the mfgr.
Could this be throwing off the placement of numubers, text, and clip art? Any
other ideas before I spend the time re-working this would be appreciated.

I discovered one of the problems is that the indents changed in the new
document. I guess I'll have to go back and fix each one unless there is
another way.

In what way did they change? From what to what?
