Hi, I bought my Windows XP in California, im back in the
philippines, i installed my OS and my Ofiice XP (which i
also bought in california)here in my old computer, im
planning to get a new one sometime next week, will there
be a problem when i install it coz i already registered
this XP, please let me know.

Leah

Leah;
Simply remove them from old computer and install them on the new
computer.
Attempt internet activation.
If that fails, Activate by phone, call displayed number, done in about
5 minutes.

The above assumes retail, if Windows and Office are OEM, they normally
can not be transferred.
OEM are normally permanently tied to the first computer installed and
can not be transferred regardless the condition of the original
computer.

Dear Leah,

Hope u had a safe journey gettin home.

Once u register with Microsoft, it doesn't make it ilegal
to reprogramme a new system, just do not distribute your
software.
Just re register it using the same licencse key.
Afterwards send them a small note with the reasons why u
re registering your XP prog.

Any other querries plz drop me a quick message.
Bye

Zaffer;
"Afterwards send them a small note with the reasons" What does that
mean?
There is NEVER a need or reason to send Microsoft "a small note".
