Using multiple NICs

I have a motherboard with 2 NICs. What I would like to be
able to do is use one NIC for one user, and the other NIC
for another user. The second user connects to a corporate
network with Contivity VPN software. When it is
connected, and the other users attempt to browse web,
email, etc, it goes through VPN to corporate and is
blocked. Is there some way to designate which NIC to use
that is not global to the machine?

I you can go into the user profile and under hardware set
the use or not use settings? I think?
