Using MS Word in Outlook as Email editor

I keep getting an error message, "This form requires Word
as your email editor, but Word is either busy or cannot be
found. This form will open in the Outlook editor instead."

I have Word and Outlook installed. When I go to options
in the tools tab in Outlook and chnge my email editor it
seems to change to using Word but then when I try to send
a new message it gives the above message.
 
Are you using signatures for your message? Set the default for both to
"None" press apply and set it back to your default again.
