I am trying to use a file that opens with Quicktime. The file type is
..mpeg-4. Power point is having a hard time inserting this file type and
playing it within the context of the presentation.
what can I do to resolve this.
I would be happy to try to convert the file to another file type but I do
not know how to do this.

Sincerely,

Unfortunately Windows Media Player does not play the file. Is there any
solution to this dilemma?

I thought this would be the case. You will need to aquire an application
that converts QT files to other formats.
