using mail button in ie6

Hi,

I would like to send a webpage by clicking the mail icon
in IE6 and then the "send page" option. I want it to use
Outlook Express6 which is my default mail handler
according to OE6 options settings. The problem is when I
attempt to send a webpage, MSN Premium launches and acts
like my default mail handler.

Can someone tell me which registry key to alter and what
should I change the key to?

Ilene,

Have you checked if OE is selected as a default mail program in Tools Menu >
Internet Options > Programs > E-mail?

Hyung,

Thank you for replying. Yes I neglected to mention that
but I did check that as well and I even changed it to msn
and back to Outlook Express, clicked apply and still no
joy. I also have MSN installed on my desktop but I do
not have this problem. This issue only exsists on my
laptop.
