Hello all. I have a laptop that I use for work and is
usually connected to my work domain. I also have a small
network at home via a router that I would also like to
connect the laptop to. My problem is that in order for
me to connect to my home lan I have to change the domain
setting in the Network Identification tab to the
appropriate workgroup name. Now this works fine but when
I try to connect to my work network I have to change back
to the work domain and I need someone at work with the
appropriate network permissions to accept the change. Is
there a way to set up the network setting so that when I
log in with my work username it uses the work domain
automatically and when I log in with my home username it
uses the workgroup name automatically without the need
for me to bother with getting someone to accept my
changes everytime.
Thanks
Bob
