Using Keyboard Buttons For Something Other Than WMP

I have a Dell keyboard which has a console for controling the media player on
the top right corner of it. I would like to know if anyone knows how to
ajdust this so that it can be used to control another media player besides
WMP.

I am trying to set it to work with Itunes or WinMX
