Using Internet images for background

I have a Dell laptop and recently when I went to change my background by
right clicking on the image to Set as Background , I get a blue screen with a
Play button. When I go to the display in Control Panel and see that
background and set it from there but as far as doing it directly from the
website I can't. This has never happened before...

I can't quite follow, but if you want to use an internet image, you will have to save it first. Right click on the image and choose
Save Picture As...
Save it to somehwere on your computer. Then right click on this and use Set as Background.
