using gmail and windows mail problems

I have been using google gmail for my emails, but I now would like to be able
to use windows email as well and can not be able to make it work. I used the
settings off the gmail account for the windows mail setup. the outgoing port
is (smtp) 25 and the incomming port is (imtp) 143. is this right?
