On my website i want people to be able to download folders,
I have so far created a link on a page to the folder on my site but i am not
able to begin download? pls help

They can only download the contents within the folder. You could zip
everything up and link to the zip file.

Don't understand what you are saying.

1) Zip your files in a program like Winzip.
2) Import the files into your FP web.
3) Place a link on a page to the zip file.
4) Publish to your remote server.

yes thanks, i can zip them but when i select import from the fp menu, it does
not list any zipped folders, only standard ones.

You have to select the file on your hard drive where you have them located
to import from into FP.

Hi Tom, I think what is confusing Dave is that you have the two options when
the import window opens, either file or folder. If you click on folder, you
only get yellow folders but cliking on file will give you the zipped folders
as well as all others.

Good catch. Thanks for clarifying that, gskywalkers.
