using form with GoDaddy SSL certificate

If https://secure.(domain name).(ext) is a separate web site, and the
extensions are installed on Port 443 as well as Port 80, then Yes, it's
possible. Whether GoDaddy will do it or allow it is another question...

FYI, https uses port 443, http (usually) uses port 80.

If you purchased and installed your own SSL certificate rather than use
a shared certificate, does GoDaddy still require the subdomain? The
extensions will still have to be installed on Port 443 if you use the
extensions to process https forms, though considering the processing
options I would not do that.
