Using foreign language accents in Outlook Express 6.0

Unable to type accented characters in OE6.0 though can in Word document.

Tried changing encoding per other posts, but to no avail.

Any suggestions?

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
2) Get something like AllChars (http://allchars.zwolnet.com/)
