In Outlook 2000 SR-1 I am creating a customized contact
form.
We would like to use the Follow Up flag facility to
allocate a staff member to follow up a new contact - is
there any way of adding to, or editing, the existing list
of flag options (i.e. Follow up; Call; Arrange Meeting;
Send E-mail; Send Letter)? I have tried searching for
these entries in the Registry with no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated.
