For some reason, when I try to use the "find" feature for a contact, Outlook generates an error and shuts down. This is a new problem and the only thing new I did was add a category. Does anyone know how to resolve?

Forgot to mention I am using Outlook 2000. Thank you.

What error message?
What mail support mode?
Take a look at this MS KB article, it may help:

Thank you, that article is appropriate. Altho, now, for some unknown reason, the find function is working fine. I'll leave it alone until it happens again. Not sure what you mean by Mail support mode. Thank you again!

For future reference, mail support mode is listed in line 2 of Help | About
in Outlook.
