on a daily basis i receive email with numerous other-than-microsoft
attachments (ie- .pdf & .sit). I can use file/save attachments with
miicrosft files but outlook 2000 doesnt seem to recognise these others. any
suggestions?

pdf is from Adobe Acrobat
sit is from Stuffit

You'll need those programs in order to open them

I have those Programs and when reading the email (multiple Attachments) I
can only save them to file one at a time from the paper clip icon.

What i wish to do is file/Save the group at one time to a folder. Is this
actoin possible from outlook 2000?

As I Said in my first post...

If the attached files are microsoft, then no problem.
If the attached files are other than microsoft(as I Stated),Then that option
you described shows NONE.

Any Further Suggestions?

I have no problem with that here. Outlook doesn't "know" whether the files
are from Microsoft or not. What kind of message format are you using?

Could be, I haven't verified this yet though. What is the MAC OS version and
mailclient?
