Using EXCEL shared document

I have a group of 7 ladies updating a Shared EXCEL sheet, and somehow the saved changes to cells are disappearing at random if the sheet is closed and re-opened later. Changes are saved before exiting the spreadsheet.
 
Your ladies are overwriting each other's data.

You might want to double check the settings on the Advanced Tab for
Sharing, if that is not the issue there is an Excel newsgroup that you
might ask in but include a lot more particulars(version, OP sys, network
etc)

An Excel spreadsheet can be edited by only one user at a time.
