Using Drop Down List to Autofill

Hello there,

I need to send a word doc with the same structure to multipl
counterparts. I want to create a drop down list so that when I selec
the name, the address, telephone and email details all autofill.
would also like other parts of the document further down to autofil
based on the name selection.

Is this possible, and if so, how?

Thanks, was hoping not to have to learn VBA.... but looks like it might
be the only way.....
