Using Data From Excel in Word

Hi,
I'm looking to find out how I can use data from a column
in an excel spreadsheet and have it pop-up in a word
document, like I would in a form letter where I need
specifics about a person to be input from a spreadsheet
where I have their information, etc. I appreciate any
help, and thanks!
