Using data filter

When I use auto filter for a data range with 7 field names all field names
are selected and can be used to filter the data. Is it possible to select
only one or two field names to use as the filters but still the entire data
fields?
 
Hi,
when you apply filter and click in the arrow, you are able to select which
names do you want to have as filtered data
