using ControlTipText in continuous Form

Hi,

I'm trying to set the ControlTipText for a textbox linked to a record source
in a continuous form.
My idea is to use one field from the record source in the text box and a
different field for its ControlTipText.
Any ideas?!!!

I'm not sure that has what is needed for this request, but it's
