Using Cateogories to create Distribution List

Hi,

I have a Contact list in which I've built several
cateogories and selected certain cateogories for my
contacts. I now want to send out an email to everyone who
is in one contact list but not my whole contact list. I
cannot find a way to do this.

Help.

Use the "By Category" view of your Contacts Folder.
Select the Category Header > Actions > New Message to Contact
 
Yes that one is good if you will send To: but what if you will send them as
Bcc: can that be done, or are there other posobilitys I have a outlook 2003
on a Exchange server 2003 and I will make a maling list with categories, but
it should be easy to select more Categories from more workstations,

Please any Ideas any one, help me I'm stock

Just cut and paste from the To field to the Bcc field.
