Using Broadband modem as router

I have a SmartAX MT841 Huawei ADSL modem with 1 USB and 4 LAN ports. Can I
set up a LAN with another PC through this modem. Both pcs will need to
access internet through this modem.

Apparently this product is a combination modem/router, so yes you can.
