any thoughts on using bcm 2007 for psychotherapy (or speech pathology)
practice... tips, functionaility, tweeking settings?

i currently use it for my practice, but know i could do better. i
have colleagues, leads and contacts, as well as clients
categorized... what else could i do to get more out of it?

any ways to better interweave contacts and appointments so the clients
name is visible in the calendar view, as well as the "attendee" so
that contact history includes all appointments with that client...?
(this is a glaringly lacking feature i am looking for)

appreciate your input...

When you right click on an appt, there's a menu option to "Link to
Recod". You can use that to connect the appt to a contact, and it will
then show up in the contact's history. You can do the same when the
appt is open using a button on the ribbon.

I don't know how to make the linked contact appear in the appointment
in the calendar folder view though.

Do a search in this group for "BCM Nexus" -- Bill has written some code that
will put the contact name and their phone number on the task list.

Lon

I found the post that you are referring to.
However, like another reader, I do not understand how to implement.
Can someone please provide a step-by-step guide?

TIA!
