Using an image map jpg for data entry in a form.

I have a series of 40 checkboxes on a form for data entry, and each box
represents a different part of the body (one box for left hand, one for right
hand, left wrist, etc.)

I'm trying to streamline data entry by having a line-drawing body on the
form where I could just click on the parts of the body that should be checked.

I thought I could do this by inserting the line drawing Jpg in the form,
then placing the checkboxes over their respective body parts. Unfortunately
they always want to go BEHIND the jpg.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Put it in the Form Properties under Picture.

Have you tried selecting the image and clicking the menu item Format ->
Send to Back?

That did the trick. I was looking for a "send to back" menu item by
right-clicking on the image and was getting nowhere. THANKS!!!

Thanks, but I'm afraid I don't know what you mean.

This is the proper way for adding a background picture.

Do you have the form in design view?
Do you see the properties window?
If not, rightclick the title bar of the form window and select Properties.

On the tab Format you should see Picture.
There you can add the picture you wish to see in the background (click in
the field and click the 3 dots) and it will always stay in the background,
with no possibility to accidently move or delete it.

You can set it to e.g. fill the full form or just to fit.
