Can an Excel spread sheet that has been imported into FP2003 be updated from
hte web and saved back to FP so the next ime the spread sheet is viewed from
the web, the changes wil be there?

If so how?

Thanks

No.

That can only be done by people who have Excel installed, and who could access the file
using a standard windows Explorer file path.

However, you may be able to accomplish what you want using a database solution.
