Using all 4 mem slots on P4P 800 Deluxe?

Just a little bit

Just wondering if the P4P800 Deluxe behaves itself when all 4 mem
slots are occupied?

A previous Asus motherboard, the model of which I have forgotten,
would not work if all 4 slots were used.

Well, I've got 4 sticks of 256mb PC2100 that work OK (they are sticks I
already had), but I did worry some before I tried it because some Asus
material mentions that some PC3200 won't load in all four slots at once.
They have a list that do work, by manufacturer and model, and my
manufacturer (Crucial) was not included. (but then mine weren't PC3200, but
PC2100) Tried it. Worked. (and in dual mode, too!) so what can I add that's
useful? Probably nothing.

The manufacturer of Crucial is Micron, and Micron DIMMs _are_ on that
list.
Crucial is sort of a marketing division of Micron - and if you look at
your Crucial modules, you should find the Micron product nos. on the
sticker attached to the module on the left side:-)

I have all four slots occupied with four 3200 512mb sticks @ 800MHz FSB. A
pair of Crucial sticks in the blue slots and a pair of Kingston value ram
sticks in the black slots. I was a little worried mixing brands but it works
fine.
