Using Access Report as a Word Page

When I set a background Colour in a text box in my access
report and publish the report with word the background
colour disappears.

If I preview the report in access the background colour
is fine.

I use a separate text box because access will not accept
plural fonts in one caption or Textbox string.
 
With the general exception of text, Word will not reflect Access Report formatting. Graphics, lines, clips etc. are out. Luckily, MS offers a "snapshot" viewer which will enable you to publish, print, review and email your report in the format you intended. Use the link below to install the Snapshot software. Installation is quick and easy.
