For a variety of user-driven reasons, we're using an
Access DB on a Desktop as the repository for data we
transfer to/from a Pocket PC 2002 Application that uses
SQL-CE. Have not yet located a provider, so for
transferring the data back and forth we're stuck with
using Sockets and techniques really provided for
messaging.

Anybody got/seen a better mousetrap?

Hello Bill,

I am finding somebody who could help you on it. Thanks very much.

Hello Bill,

Thanks for your patience.

Well, you cannot do replication against SQL Server CE from Access since we
do not support that.
MSDE might be an option here if you want to do a straight transfer from
CE. I’m not aware of any provider that will help move
data directly from SQL Server CE to Access db.

Does that help answer your question ?

Thanks for posting to MSDN Managed Newsgroup.
