You can set up a report so that it looks like a government form, and merge
the data.
Suggestions:
1. To embed someone's name into a sentence, the Control Source of your text
box would look something like this:
="Thank you " & [FirstName] & " " & [Surname] & " for your offer." &
Chr(13) & Chr(10) & "Another line of text."
2. A report section can be only 22" tall. If you need more space, you can
create extra sections. Open the Sorting And Grouping dialog (View menu), and
choose the Primary Key field. In the lower pane of the dialog, set Group
Header and Group Footer to Yes. This gives you 2 more sections that can be
22" tall also, and since it's the primary key it occurs for all records. If
you still need more space, you can choose the primary key field again on the
next row of the dialog.
3. The text box in Access is text only, so you cannot bold part of sentence,
use indented bullets, or change font size in the middle of a text box. With
effort, it is possible to use a rich text box such as this one from Stephen
