Do you mean you want to display data from Access in a Word doc? If so then
search the help for "mail merge".

No. I have a document in Word which I wish to use the layout of as a form in
Access. The document exists in Word and I wish to bring its layout into
Access as the layout for a form in Access.

In that case you'll have to use a native Access form to mimic the appearance
of the word document.

AFAIK there is no automatic or easy way to do so. An Access Form and a
Word Document are utterly and totally different kinds of objects; the
boxes, lines, and text on a document are designed for attractive
printing (it's a word processor!), while the boxes, labels, and other
features on an Access form are "intelligent" controls, bound to table
fields, acted on by VBA code, and so on - much more than just the
visual appearance. None of the information needed to create this
"intelligence" exists in the Word document.
