Using a UK monitor on a US computer

Hi. Sorry if this is a silly question. But here goes.
Can anyone tell me if it will be possible to bring a computer from United
States to UK, and hook up a standard (bought in the UK) CRT or TFT monitor
to it. We have this different standard with TVs but I'm not sure if there
are any similar issues with monitors.

It will work.

just remember the power is different: US = 110V at 60Hz and the UK = 220 at
50Hz so you will require adapters to plug things into an outlet.
