Using a rule to have an incoming mail message setup a calendar eve

I receive emails from specific people with specific subjects. I would like
to have a rule setup that when i receive these emails it automatically sets
up an appointment for me in my calendar. Can I do this with the built in
rules or do can this be done with macros? Please advice.

No, Outlook doesn't offer that feature. You'd need to use VBA or an addin.
