Using a MP3 file as a background sound in FPage 2002

I am trying to install a MP3 file in a website I am
building in frontpage 2002. I click format, background,
sound, then browse for file, within a folder that holds
the file I am looking for. The file does not show when
searching thru front page but does show when using
windows explorer. Can I get some help here

Type *.mp3 in the file name box, and then press Enter.

Photos have to be imported first into your web.
MP3's files have to be imported first into your web.
PDF files have to be imported first into your web.
ALL files have to be imported first into your web.
After import than insert your files.
