Using a list of selections + displaying the answer

Help I would like to have a list on a front page usings data from a validation page (Done)
Now depending on what is picked on the dropdown list I would data (a list of things, not numbers) appear in a section of the front page.

A:- is it possible
B: How would I do it.

Extra info

I have about 7 sheets with lists of things which depending on selection from the list I would like to be able to display
