Using a label printer with Outlook for single labels

I need to print single labels from Outlook onto my Brother P-Touch PC
Label printer. Word takes very long to load and the printer driver
wastes about 2" of label stock per label. Brother's P-Touch Editor is
more economical to use and much faster to load. How can I set
Brother's software in Outlook to handle label printing ?

OK. Well, an alternative approach would be for me to cut and paste a
nice clean address into the Brother editor. How can I get the cleanest
possible address to show up on-screen without extraneous elements so
that I can cut and paste ?

Hard to answer without knowing what the requirements for the third party
software are. Moreover, most addresses in Outlook are derived (i.e., not
static) fields. To which address were you referring?

I just need the text for full name and mailing address, 3 or 4 lines
that can be highlighted, copied, and pasted using the clipboard. I can
do it in two cut-and-paste operations from the contact form. I would
like to find a way to do it in one operation without altering any of
the 2100 contacts Outlook keeps for me.

BTW, this is all in Outlook 2002.

I just want to be able to highlight, cut and paste name and mailing
address into the Brother software using the clipboard. The Contacts
form lets me do it in two cut-and-paste operations, one for the name,
one for the address.

Is there some view or report that would provide this ? Is there some
way I could use custom forms for this ? Does it take VBA ? Are there
utilities that offer this, perhaps as a by-product of something else ?

I am willing to be flexible.
